Cancellation

For groups, companies and conferences

Cancellation policy:

  • Cancellation and/or changes to arrangements must be made in accordance with HORESTA's rules.
  • All prices are incl. 25% VAT.
  • Payment in net cash at the end of the event, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Cancellation of an event of 12 people or more must be made in writing no later than four weeks before the date of the booked event.
  • In the case of fewer than 12 people, cancellation must be made in writing in good time, no later than two weeks before the date of completion of the ordered event.

Reimbursement - claims for reimbursement for events:

  • In case of cancellation of the entire event or a reduction of more than 10 per cent.
  • Up to and including 6 days before the scheduled event, the Restaurant can Skagen Strand demand compensation equivalent to 50 percent of the price of the cancelled services.
  • Later than 6 days before the scheduled event, the Restaurant can Skagen Strand demand compensation equivalent to 75 percent of the price of the cancelled services.
