Before your stay
If you are prevented from visiting us
It is important to us that you feel safe when you book a stay with us. Therefore, you can now rebook your stay free of charge up to 2 days before arrival.
If you rebook for a more expensive period, you must pay the additional price. If you change less than 2 days before arrival, it is considered a cancellation and new order, and our cancellation rules come into effect.
Do you have to bring your own bed linen and towels?
Linen packages (with sheets and bedding) are mandatory and MUST be purchased. Towels can be pre-ordered or brought along.
What equipment is there in the kitchen?
The kitchen is very well equipped and you will not lack for anything.
The order confirmation states that there are 2 of us in the holiday home, but there are more of us. What do I do?
If you forgot to fill in the number of people field before you booked your holiday home, you can let us know how many children and adults are in the holiday home upon arrival.
Can you bring a dog?
Yes, you are welcome. You can bring a maximum of 2 dogs per holiday home and you must pay a fee per dog of DKK 250.
Due to allergies, the dog must not be taken to other holiday homes.

Are other pets allowed?
Yes, you may. However, all domestic animals, apart from dogs, must be caged at all times.
You must pay a fee per livestock.
Is consumption not included in our price?
No. Consumption is settled according to the actual consumption at check out. As a guest, you thus have a direct influence on consumption and price, and you only pay for what you yourself consume in your holiday home.
The consumption depends on what temperature you want in the holiday home, number of showers etc. and therefore the figures will be individual for the individual stay.
For 4 adults in one of our houses, consumption is between DKK 35 and 65. per day. The average is calculated based on consumed electricity, heat and water in the month of May 2023.
The T2 houses are gas heated. We currently have a fixed price for gas, and your price is therefore DKK 8,25. per m3
If you want to know your exact price, you can ask the reception on arrival for today's current price.
During your stay
reception:
- Monday – Saturday at 08.00 - 17.00
- Sunday at 08.00 - 16.00
Check-in from 15.00:10.30 PM and check-out no later than XNUMX:XNUMX AM

If you arrive after reception opening hours, there will be an envelope ready for you just inside the front door with your name on it. This contains your house key, which is also coded, as is your access to the water park and our hall, and the envelope also contains an overview map of the area.
Mini shop:
- Monday – Saturday at 08.00 - 16.45
- Sunday at 08.00 - 15.45
Water park:
- The water park is open from 08.30 - 21.00.
Non-resident guests pay DKK 60. per person in entrance.
Please note that resident guests always have first priority for use of the water park.
On New Year's Eve, the water park closes at 16.00 p.m.
Arrival outside opening hours
If you arrive after the reception's opening hours, there will be an envelope ready for you just inside the front door with your name on it.
This contains your house key, which is also coded as your access to the water park and our hall, and in the envelope is also an overview map of the area.
Check in and out
Check in is from 15.00 and check out is no later than 10.30 am.
At late check-in (after the reception's closing time) you will find an envelope with your name just inside the main entrance to the reception.

Breakfast?
You can order "Take Away" breakfast and freshly baked bread and rolls every morning.
Electric car charging stations – how do they work?
You do not need a subscription to use our charging stations.
You can pay with Mobile Pay or with a credit card by simply scanning the QR code on the stand with your mobile.

We require a fee for forwarding forgotten items according to weight and size.
We save forgotten cases for 7 days. After that, they will be given to charity.
