Tenant
You must be 18 years of age and of legal age to be a responsible tenant.

Spending
Environmental tax is included in the rental price. Consumption is settled according to exact consumption on departure.

Arrival and departure
Arrival can take place from 15.00 p.m.
Departure must take place no later than 10.30 am.

In case of late arrival, an envelope will be placed in the hotel windbreak with name, keys and practical information. For all stays, the arrival time applies at 15.00 and departure time no later than 10.30 am.

House numbers
Booking a specific holiday home is not possible. Please note that when you book a stay, you book a category/house type - not a specific house number. With group bookings, house locations in the immediate vicinity of each other cannot be guaranteed.

Cleaning
Final cleaning is included in all stays. However, the holiday home must be left in a tidy condition. Washing dishes, cleaning the oven, fridge and emptying the waste are not included in a final cleaning, but must be done by the guests before departure. If this is not done, we reserve the right to invoice for additional cleaning.

Please note that the windows of the holiday homes are washed at regular intervals. Due to the location close to the sea, sea breeze, wind and sand can quickly leave their mark on the windows from hour to hour. Windows, doors and patio furniture can therefore appear dirty. In addition, it is possible to order window washing, so that the windows are washed externally on the day of arrival - see prices under additional purchase.

Smoking
Smoking in holiday homes is not permitted. Any fee for violation is DKK 2.500

Dog
If you bring a dog, an additional fee must be paid. When sending an invoice, DKK 500 will be added to the extra fee.

Facilities
All facilities, such as Skagen Strand provided to guests is free to use. However, a fee may be required for rental of equipment etc.

There may be periods when some activities are closed due to maintenance, events, etc. Likewise, there will be outdoor facilities that are closed out of season.
