Skagen Strand The holiday center is a lovely green oasis close to Skagen, located in the middle of the beautiful North Jutland nature.
Here you will find peace, beautiful beaches, hiking trails, cycle routes, sights, art, culture and of course Skagen's very special charm.
Comfortable holiday homes
Skagen Strand offers bright and spacious holiday homes.
With a total of 142 holiday homes in Skagen, Skagen Strand one of the largest holiday centres in North Jutland. The bright and airy holiday homes are 72 square metres and can accommodate up to 7 people. They are all fully equipped and have a private south-facing terrace with garden furniture.
The houses are located undisturbed, surrounded by large green areas. So even though there is a lot of activity in the holiday center area, it is always possible to find a peaceful place if you wish.
Facilities at Skagen Strand
Skagen Strand Holiday center in North Jutland has many facilities, and as a guest you have free access to all of them. The holiday center offers, among other things:
- A lovely water park with sauna, infrared sauna and steam bath
- Miniature golf
- 4 tennis courts in gravel
- Beach volleyball and soccer
- Exercise room
- Badminton
- Sports hall and much more
In addition, you have easy access to wonderful cycle routes and hiking trails from your holiday home. In high season you can rent a bike if you don't bring your own.
Holiday center with games and fun for the children
For the youngest guests, there are many fun activities at our holiday centre. Let them e.g. romp on:

- The giant bouncy pillow
- The big toy ship
- The cable car
- Jungle path
- Mooncars
In addition, there is plenty of space for play and games.
Our holiday center is located some distance from busy roads, so it all takes place in a safe environment.
Food & Drink during your holiday
When you live in one of the holiday homes at the holiday centre, you have the opportunity to cook your own food. The kitchen in the holiday homes is fully equipped.
If you don't feel like cooking during your holiday, you can of course also choose to eat in the holiday centre's cosy restaurant with a large outdoor terrace. Or you can order Take Away and enjoy the meal in your own private holiday home. See Skagen Strand Café and Restaurant opening hours here.
At Skagens Strand Holiday Center you can order delicious freshly baked breakfast bread or a ready-made breakfast menu, so that it is ready for collection at the reception from 08.00. We also have a mini-shop where you can buy a small selection of the most necessary daily goods as well as sweets, soft drinks, beer and wine.
Location of the holiday centre
With the beach as the nearest neighbour, has Skagen Strand Holiday center in North Jutland the perfect location. A short walk of about 800 meters and you will find the beautiful and very child-friendly Hulsig Beach.
You will certainly also experience the charming yellow houses, eat a nice lunch at a restaurant in the famous warehouses or perhaps visit one of the small cozy galleries in Skagen. The easiest way to get to Skagen is by train from Hulsig station. The station is right outside our front door and the trip takes just under 12 minutes.
Near beach and attractions
The area has many sights and attractions, and several of them you can either cycle or walk to. With Skagen Strand As a holiday center, you have easy access to many attractions in North Jutland.
Do you like sand between your toes? Skagen Strand The holiday center is located close to both Grenen and Råbjerg Mile. If you would like to visit some of the cozy towns of North Jutland beyond Skagen, it is a half-hour drive to Frederikshavn and the same to Hirtshals. So you have everything you need right nearby.

Arrival at Skagen Strand
Regardless of whether you come by car or train, it is very easy to get here. The train station is a few meters from our front door and there is free parking in the area.
